Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Completed his traineeship at the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys and postgraduate studies in Industrial Property Law at the Jagiellonian University. In 2009, he was the vice-president of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys. Founder and managing partner of the law and patent firm Jarzynka i Wspólnicy. He specializes in trademarks, inventions, and utility models

Justyna Aftyka

A graduate of the Centre for British and European Law, run by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Cambridge. Member of the "Association for the Protection of Industrial Property". She gained professional experience working in reputable law firms in Warsaw. In 2010, she joined the team at the Law and Patent Office Jarzynka i Wspólnicy. She deals with the protection of trademarks and industrial designs, issues related to combating unfair competition, and copyright law. She acts as an attorney in proceedings before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, common courts, and administrative courts. She also advises clients on matters related to corporate law, civil law, and commercial transactions.
