She is a member of the Polish Association for the Protection of Industrial Property. She has been gaining professional experience since 2003, working in several law firms in Warsaw. In 2010, she joined the team at the Law and Patent Office Jarzynka i Wspólnicy. She deals with the protection of trademarks and industrial designs, issues related to combating unfair competition, and copyright law. She acts as an attorney in proceedings before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, common courts, and administrative courts. She also advises clients on matters related to corporate law, civil law, and commercial transactions.

He is a European patent attorney and a professional representative before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). He is a managing partner at a law and patent office. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He completed his traineeship at the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys and postgraduate studies in Industrial Property Law at the Jagiellonian University. In 2009, he was the Vice-President of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys. From 2006 to 2009, he was a member of the Presidium of the National Council of Patent Attorneys, and from 2005 to 2009, he served as the Dean of the Podlasie District of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys. Since 2005, he has been the founder and partner of the law and patent office Jarzynka i Wspólnicy. He specializes in trademarks, inventions, utility models and industrial designs, application and infringement proceedings, court litigation, combating unfair competition, and copyright protection. He represents clients before, among others, the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), common and administrative courts, law enforcement authorities, and customs authorities.
